Inspirations from Uganda and mainly the slum that I originate from.
Using the Engoma, drums and also the local instruments.

Entombo Milembe in the traditional language means Together In Peace as a collective and that’s what inspired for this track.. it was as well dedicated to Peace Day 21 Sept Every Year.

Mbararaa Covart
The strongest place in Uganda where you find energetic dancers that jump and this tribe/ Clan has different dances one called Kizino and Kitagururo ( Western Uganda ) it’s where you find beautiful women as well that can imitate the cow horns while dancing kitagururo dance.. all this comes from Western Uganda and you also find there more than 2 tribes but still• Milk combines most of them• and then traditional norms

Kizino Dance is danced in the mountains on the rocks and this track brings that feel into the modern Life with Mbararaa Covart Track.. with a young boy telling the stories back in his homeland

Omugongo Guluma
A tribal traditional folk piece from the earlier 60s 70s back here in Uganda, mostly danced by the tennage girls, it’s a very traditional theme in Buganda kingdom and in Uganda with the song words Omugongo guluma.
This dances has lovely drum rhythms and xylophone melodies, ( back then men could drink before starting to drum so that they gained the energy they wanted ). Listen to Omugongo Guluma

KAKIKUBE Track as track shared by the brothers to be added on this album on BandCamp just more with the strong voice from the Buganda tradition that’s how the boys sang when it was evening time after everything or when they had fun. Call it a relaxing way.. ( folk )
